Because Live Arts patrons are so proud of our theater, they take special note of the businesses that support us.
And because Live Arts patrons are such a special group– opinion leaders and trendsetters–businesses who advertise with us find their ad dollars have much greater impact than with other publications.
By advertising with Live Arts, you’ll be reaching out to your target audience. More than 22,000 people attend our shows each year, and an integral part of those nights is our high-quality playbill. These glossy, beautifully designed books are full of articles, interviews, and production info.
- 85% of our audience members have annual incomes over $20,000
- 50% have annual incomes over $50,000
- 80% are college graduates
- 50% describe their occupations as “executive” or “professional”
Our program features ads prominently throughout the booklet, providing great placement for all our advertisers! And our research shows that most patrons take their programs – and your ads – home instead of recycling them. By choosing a full-season advertising plan, you’ll be branding your business – our season subscribers will see your ad seven times a year.

Ad Submission Guidelines
Ads should be submitted as high-quality scannable hard copy or in high-resolution (300 dpi or above) digital format (PDF, tiff, eps, jpg), with fonts embedded. The file name should include the name of your business or organization. Ads in Microsoft Word or Publisher are not accepted. Design assistance is available for simple ads combining text and your logo. Please ask for our detailed advertising submission guidelines if you have any questions about how to provide your ad.
