One more week to see Gypsy, it closes on Sunday the 25th. It really is good so give yourself a treat and enjoy a musical why don’t you! Gala just around the corner and we have gotten pretty close to filling up the volunteer spots. I know we still need experienced bartenders and a couple of folks to help bus and put away the glassware which really helps because that is sort of what everyone forgets about-the clean up. The more we put away that night the less there is to do the next day, aren’t I just the smarty-pants. It is official, Satch’s new title is Producing Artistic Director, so drinks all round. I leave now.

Getting ready for the Gala around here; signing up volunteers, figuring out how many cases of pellegrino to get, and of course talking about waffles, chicken and donuts. ummmm. Good thing we have done this before, too bad we can’t remember exactly how we did it all. Guess that keeps it exciting. It is a great adventure and with all the donations and help it becomes a real community event. There is a bear on my desk so if anyone knows where it came from please let me know. He has a large hole in the back of his head too. is it a sign?

We saw your production of Hank Williams at the Sunday matinee….it was great. I would like to donate a gay ninties beaded top, old mink stole and a grey stole if you think you can use them in future productions. Let me know how to get it there.
