THE MOM JOURNALS is a new work by local playwright Courtney Jett Walker, using interwoven monologues to tell the story of five women in different stages of motherhood. Though they are worlds apart, each character shares vastly similar revelations about what it is to be a mother: What motherhood takes away, what it gives us, and how it is a life-long journey that takes just as long to process.
Online performances will be 90 minutes long and livestreamed through a private Zoom webinar hosted by Live Arts, January 28-31, 2021.
