Age Appropriateness

THE WOLVES contains the wit, camaraderie, and passion of a girls’ high school soccer team.  There is copious profanity as well as dialogue acknowledging the existence of teen sex and bullying that some may find inappropriate for children under the age of 14.

About the Play

What’s better than scoring with a bicycle kick? Sarah DeLappe’s buoyant celebration of teenaged-girlhood, THE WOLVES!

Audiences will revel in the journey of nine young women amped up on adrenaline, adolescent anxiety, and orange slices as they chase down victory on the soccer field and test the boundaries of their expanding identities. This show will feature our talented young adult performers, between the ages of 14 and 20.

The scary, exhilarating brightness of raw adolescence emanates from every scene of this uncannily assured first play by Sarah DeLappe.
