Senior director of change management at the University of Virginia, Fredrick Martin is responsible for organizational transformation within the academic division and UVA Health. He has a proven track record of over 15 years of delivering business and culture transformation in large, complex and highly matrixed organizations. Fredrick previously served as the master change agent for Ascension Health, one of the leading nonprofit healthcare systems in the United States. In addition, Fredrick heads up change design and implementation for The Spill Team, a global design consultancy. Before his higher education and healthcare career, Fredrick spent several years in offshore outsourcing, where he was responsible for opening and managing call centers in countries across the globe. He holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Phoenix, as well as an executive degree in Healthcare Leadership from Cornell University, and is a certified Master Change Agent.
