Tonight’s (11/21) preview performance of THE WIZARD OF OZ will begin at 8:00pm.
John’s family moved to the area in the early 80’s when his father took a job with the City Fire Department. Inspired by his Dad’s example of public service, John first worked for the City Fire Department and then Albemarle County Fire Rescue, where he is still employed as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. John resides in Charlottesville with his wife Claudine. John’s interest in Live Arts began in the early days of the theater when he saw a production staged during First Night Virginia. His first dips into the community theater pond (with his then young daughter, Lydia, in tow!) were in Black Box Players shows (he even landed his first singing role as The Baker in their production of Into the Woods!). John and Claudine have been Live Arts season ticket holders for years and love bringing friends and family along with them each season. John is honored to be considered to serve on the Live Arts Board in support of a truly amazing staff and group of volunteers.
