Lizzy Ramey serves as assistant director of UVA Arts development, supporting programs like the Virginia Film Festival and the Virginia Theatre Festival, among other pan-University arts initiatives. She is a member of The Oratorio Society of Virginia and volunteers with the New Roots Garden Program, a part of the International Rescue Committee. Lizzy was born and raised in Charlottesville and has thus fallen in love with the vibrant arts scene, including Live Arts. Lizzy’s professional experience spans nonprofit, campaign and higher education environments. On any given day, you can find Lizzy gardening, singing, spending time with her family and pets or talking about politics and art.
