Molly Bishop Shadel is a professor at the University of Virginia School of Law, where she teaches advocacy and negotiations. Before becoming a lawyer, Molly started (and never finished) a Master of Fine Arts degree in directing at Northwestern and helped run a small theater company in New York City. She holds degrees from Harvard and Columbia Universities and is the author of two books about public speaking.
