Jennifer Love retired as global chief security officer for Royal Caribbean Group in April 2022, where she was responsible for leading global operations, including over 77,000 employees, 7.6 million annual guests and a fleet of 62 cruise ships.
Prior to joining Royal Caribbean, she served as senior vice president for Cablevision Systems Corporation. She was recognized as one of the most powerful women in cable in 2014.
She previously spent 25 years as an executive level security, law enforcement and intelligence professional with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), retiring in 2012. Her final position was assistant director of the Security Division, where she was responsible for all FBI security disciplines.
During her FBI career, Jennifer received many awards including the 2010 Presidential Rank Award for Meritorious Service, conferred by then President Barack Obama.
Currently, she is vice president of the Board for Kristi House, an organization dedicated to eradicating child sexual abuse and trafficking of children in Miami, Florida. She also serves as the vice chairman for the National Environmental Educational Foundation, a nonprofit that complements the work of the EPA.
A native of Mississippi, Jennifer is a proud HBCU (Historical Black College and Universities) graduate of Jackson State University, where she became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
A dynamic storyteller and motivational speaker, she is also the mother of two adult children, and proud grandmother of four grandkids, who fondly refer to her “GiGi.”
